Nyquist’s First Days

Dr. Paul Nyquist began his tenure this week as Moody’s ninth president. Following his day one orientation and technology link up, the new president met with Dr. Nyquist signs papers on his first days at Moodyleadership team members to gain an overview of the organization, campus and key responsibilities. Early next week he has scheduled an off-site retreat with his President’s Cabinet to continue strategic team building.

“I’m getting to dive into the organization and culture and meet the fine people at Moody,” said Nyquist regarding his first days in office. “Everyone I’ve met is very kind and gracious.”

Nyquist was announced as Moody’s president on April 15 during a chapel service on the Chicago campus. He comes to Moody from Avant Ministries in Kansas City, where he served as the president and CEO.
