The SHARE 2010 campaign launched on Tuesday, February 16, 2010, and listeners joined with Moody Radio to support the stations that have helped transform their lives and their walks with the Lord. During SHARE, normal radio programs are replaced with a live campaign, giving listeners the opportunity to partner with Moody Radio. This year’s theme, Stories of Life, encourages listeners to share their stories in an effort to elicit the prayer and financial support necessary to continue Moody Radio ministries throughout the year.

For SHARE 2010, a number of online videos were created to bring these compelling stories to life, including a listener who uses Moody Radio to minster to truckers and another who found salvation in prison through Moody Radio. “This year, we decided to take our listener’s stories to a deeper level using video technology,” said Bruce Everhart, Manager of Marketing and Development for Moody Radio. “We wanted to create an entertaining ‘behind the scenes’ experience so people could easily visualize the powerful and lasting impact God has had on our listeners’ lives.”

These vibrant online video snapshots represent thousands of stories about the work God has done through radio ministries such as Midday ConnectionPrime Time AmericaChris Fabry Live! and local programming. All listeners are encouraged to visit the SHARE 2010 Web site to view the videos and submit their personal stories.

Started in 1988, SHARE is Moody Radio’s annual on-air fundraiser. From February to April, Moody Radio stations from across the country will be hosting SHARE events designed to connect with and encourage local listeners. Together, these stations seek to raise $10 million in pledged support for 2010. To find your local Moody Radio station’s SHARE dates, please view our station list.

More information about SHARE 2010, along with videos and updates from each station, is available at the SHARE 2010 Web site. Additionally, throughout the year, listeners can give to Moody Radio by visiting their local station’s Web site, mailing a gift to Moody Radio or calling Moody Radio at (800) DL MOODY or 800-356-6639.
