The Marketing Assistant will support marketing work done by Moody Publishers Marketing Managers. This includes planning marketing strategies, executing tactics, research, measuring results, and other tasks. This position is for 20 hours per week.

Under the direct supervision of the Director of Food Service, to perform office and clerical duties related to the Food Service operation. This position is for 30 hours per week.

Serving within the Web Communications Team, this position is responsible for the direction and oversight of all content within each of the Moody ministries websites, including Corporate, Education, Broadcasting, Publishing, and Conferences. We are in a state of transition with several of our websites, improving the effectiveness of our communication to our external audience, which includes more than 2.4 million unique visitors each year from across the globe.

This position reports to the Station Manager in cooperation with the Mornings Executive Producer and includes the production and co-hosting of the weekday morning drive program. This broadcast professional will be an advocate for both the listener and for WRMB. This person will know what is important for the listener to discover, and will use creative ad polished methods of delivering these methods. He/she will contribute to the team with an objective ear helping each team member to do his or her job more effectively, with increasing creativity, passion, spiritual sensitivity and wisdom. This position is located in Florida.

The duties of this position include scheduling guests, working on the engineer board, keeping the Master Calendar, producing the daily promos, gathering materials for the host, and editing the daily audio/podcast. This position is for 30 hours per week.

Under the administrative supervision of the KMBI Station Manager and working directly with the Program Director, the Senior Announcer ensures that assigned duties and specified on-air shifts at KMBI are of a consistently high quality, in harmony with the mission of Moody Broadcasting, and in accordance with Moody Broadcasting policies and the rules and regulations of the Federal Communications Commission. Under the general supervision of the Executive Vice President and COO of Moody Bible Institute (MBI), to give leadership to the Moody Radio Branch of MBI through daily interaction with the Moody Radio Leadership Team.

The Department of Bible at Moody Bible Institute seeks a junior/senior appointment beginning Fall 2010 (with a Spring/February, 2010 start as a possible point of discussion) to serve at our Spokane campus.  Moody Bible Institute – Spokane is a growing branch campus of the well know Chicago school.  The faculty member will join a small but growing full-time faculty, working with a large group of adjunct faculty to service the 40-hour general Bible and Theology curriculum required of every undergraduate.  In addition, the Bible Department currently offers in Spokane a Biblical Studies major beyond the general student requirement (27 hrs + 3 hr internship), and Biblical Languages.  The Department of Bible is one of nine academic departments within the Undergraduate Division that enrolls 1850 students with the intent to provide a Bible-centered education that enables the students to know Christ and serve Him through His Church in vocational ministry.  The Spokane campus currently has approximately 350 students and five different majors.

In addition, the Theology Department offers a major beyond the general student requirement (27 hrs + 3 hr internship) in four tracks--systematic theology, historical theology, biblical theology, and philosophical theology and apologetics. The Department of Theology is one of nine academic departments within the Undergraduate Division that enrolls 1,600 students with the intent to provide a Bible-centered education that enables the students to know Christ and serve Him through His Church in vocational ministry. MBI is generally Calvinistic and dispensational. The Registrar & Director of Academic Records reports to the Vice President for Student Services. This position manages all academic activities related to student records, conferral of degrees, course registration, classroom schedules, and related areas – in order to assist the administration, faculty, staff, students in fulfilling the educational mission of the Moody Bible Institute.

The copywriter develops marketing and communications copy and provides editing and proofreading as needed for a variety of Marketing and Communications clients.

Function under the supervision of the Chief of Public Safety to perform duties related to the security of Moody Bible Institute’s Chicago campus.

Under the supervision of the Manager of Internal Audit, assist in the implementation of an objective, systematic and competent audit approach which adds value by evaluating controls and recommending improvements that will make processes and risk management more effective. This position is for 20-30 hours per week.

The Tax Coordinator is under the general supervision of the Treasurer and is responsible for all aspects of trust tax reporting and some Institute tax reporting. This is a part-time position now (20-30 hours) and then full-time during tax season.

Under the supervisor of the Director of Acquisitions, to acquire titles for Moody Publishers’ Women’s Line that reflect the values of Moody Bible Institute and uphold Moody Publishers’ goal to help readers experience the power and amazement of a fresh encounter with Jesus Christ.

Under direct supervision of the Customer Service Supervisor, take personal responsibility for caring for the needs of MBI customers making contact through the Customer Service Center (CSC). Provide service to the customer by processing their request in CSC or by routing the caller or information to the proper department.
