Under direct supervision of the Registrar/Director of Academic Records, this position will supervise the advising of Moody Distance Learning (MDL) students with the goal of improving student retention, increased customer service and detailed academic counsel. The Associate Registrar-MDL will be responsible for providing academic and technical resources that support faculty, administration and MDL students, in addition to supervising the maintenance of all MDL student enrollments, enrollment reporting and student academic records.

Under the supervision of the Registrar/Director of Academic Records, this position will oversee the advising of Spokane campus students with the goal of improving student retention, increasing customer service and assuring detailed academic counsel. The Associate Registrar-Spokane will be responsible for providing academic and technical resources that support Spokane faculty, administration and students, in addition to supervising the maintenance of all Spokane student enrollments, enrollment reporting and student academic records.

Under the supervision of the Program Manager, maintain local financial records, accounts payable for vendors and campus expenses, petty cash and reimbursement oversight, accounts receivable and inventory control for aviation stockroom, resolving Spokane student account issues, liaison with Moody Bible Institute (MBI)-Chicago on financial matters and generate financial reports as needed.

This position requires bookkeeping experience (accounts payable/receivable), strong interpersonal communication skills, personal initiative and attention to detail. Under the supervision of the Department Manager of Donor Resource Management (DRM), this position is responsible for application support for all computer systems required for donation processing. Responsibilities will also include the training of DRM staff members on new and existing technology.  Communicate interdepartmental information pertinent to DRM.

Under the direct supervision of the Manager of the Event & Guest Services (EGS) department, this position is responsible for coordinating and organizing assigned events and meetings for Moody Bible Institute (MBI) functions and outside groups using MBI facilities.

Under the direct supervision of the Vice President of Stewardship, the Executive Administrative Assistant provides support and administrative assistance to the Vice President, including interaction and correspondence with donors to Moody Bible Institute (MBI), oversight of volunteers and student-donor relations workers, coordination of various department functions, and assisting with general administrative and organizational tasks to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Vice President’s office and the Stewardship Department as a whole.

Under the direct supervision from the Department Manager of Training & Development (T&D), the Human Resources (HR) Generalist will provide customer service, logistical and administrative support for training and compensation programs. The HR Generalist will occasionally participate in the presentation of various training sessions including New Employee Orientation and other training courses.

Under the supervision of the Manager of Moody Radio South, the Office Administrator/Web Design Coordinator (OAWDCO) will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Moody Radio South office headquartered in Tuscaloosa, AL. This includes radio stations WMFT, WMBV, WMBU, and WRNF. This part-time position is for 24 hours per week.

Under the supervision of the Department Manager of Treasury Operations, perform duties related to student receivables and monitor the Voucher program for VA students.

Under the supervision of the Assistant Manager of Event & Guest Services, this position's primary purpose is to provide hospitality services with a security focused mindset to all guests, vendors, staff and students entering the building.

Under the supervisor of the General Manager, the Morning Drive Fill-in Announcer/Host needs to be available to deliver a quality drive-time program in the absence of the Morning Host. This person must have a desire and passion to serve Christ through the radio ministry of WMBW and should be able to establish and maintain an on-air credibility by an understanding of what Moody Radio is accomplishing in the southeast Tennessee market. The position is part-time, must be flexible with the hours worked.

Under the direct supervision of the Station Manager for Moody Radio South, to install and maintain all radio equipment, to maintain the technical operation within all FCC rules and to maintain the building and grounds. The Chief Engineer will report directly to the Station Manager and operate under the authority of the Chief of Engineering at MBI. Moody Radio South is based in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

Under the supervision of the General Manager, the Morning Drive Host will be available to deliver a quality morning drive program with a desire and passion to serve Christ through the radio ministry of Moody Radio Midsouth.  Should establish and maintain on-air credibility appealing to listeners through relational radio and compelling Bible-based content, and by an understanding of what Moody Radio is accomplishing in the middle Tennessee market (Nashville, Murfreesboro, Brentwood, and Franklin). This part-time position is for 20 hours per week and based in Smyrna, Tenn.

The Program Director, under the administrative leadership of the Station Manager, will help provide direction related to the programming of WMBW including music, promotional activities, and other special projects. WMBW is located in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

To assist the Promotion Director and Web Administrator in any and all projects including, but not limited to weekly and daily promotions, client appearances, special promotions and outings. This part-time position is for 10 hours per week.

Under the administrative supervision of the KMBI Station Manager and working directly with the Program Director, the Senior Announcer ensures that assigned duties and specified on-air shifts at KMBI are of a consistently high quality, in harmony with the mission of Moody Broadcasting, and in accordance with Moody Broadcasting policies and the rules and regulations of the Federal Communications Commission.

The work hours will be either 5:00 a.m.-12:45 p.m. or 10:15 a.m.-6:00 p.m.  This will allow ample time for drive preparation and for programming, positioning, PR, etc.

The Campus Dean of Moody Theological Seminary (MTS) - Michigan will serve as the Seminary's Campus Dean at the Michigan campus, reporting to the Vice President & Academic Dean of Moody Theological Seminary and will have a dotted line reporting to the President of Moody Bible Institute. The Campus Dean will serve as the ambassador and face of the Seminary. He will be MTS-Michigan's leader, both within the Moody community and to the Christian and secular community at large. The Campus Dean will be a person who actively embraces and carries out development and relational operations in Michigan, specifically with donors, potential donors, pastors, community leaders and opinion leaders. He is the essential and vital link between pastors, ministry leaders and donors and the seminary.

This full-time position involves promoting and representing the seminary in speaking opportunities, preaching and all related support or potential support opportunities and events. Within the Seminary, he will interactive relationships with the faculty, but will not have day to day faculty administrative duties.

This position is under the supervision of the Division Manager of Moody Distance Learning and   oversees day-to-day and longer-term support of users of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The CRM Manager will be responsible for business process design, rapid user interface configuration, end-user provisioning, data imports, report/dashboard design, end-user training, CRM documentation via SharePoint System, and marketing campaign leadership. The Manager will act as a hub for all the end user groups and business functions, liaising with the technology group as required. The CRM Manager advises on solution design within the constructs of the business model to ensure continuity of the system's integrity over time and implements agreed-upon solutions in a controlled manner.

Under administrative supervision of the Treasurer, manage the student billing and collections process and exercise security and control of all cash and securities of the Moody Bible Institute. Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of the Treasure Operations departmental operational budget.

The Director of Financial Aid is responsible for the management and administration of the student Financial Aid office and its functions including, but not limited to: providing high levels of customer service to students, parents and other key constituents;  working as a strategic partner with other offices on campus; accounting operations, budget preparation, preparation of federal & state reports, maintenance of federal fund budgetary controls and regulatory compliance, and the delivery of funds and services to students.  The director maintains compliance with all federal, state and local regulations governing student aid programs.

The Associate Director of Faculty Development & Assessment will work to create a cadre of exceptional online instructors who can incorporate high-impact teaching and learning practices in their classrooms and uphold the ethos of Moody Bible Institute (MBI). The Associate Director will be knowledgeable about existing best practices and will also constantly seek out and advocate for new approaches and technologies.  She/He will clearly exhibit a deep commitment to instructor success and the goals of Moody Distance Learning (MDL).

Working with the Assistant Dean of Teaching & Learning, Assistant Director of Instructional Quality and MDL's Operations Manager, the Associate Director will provide targeted and comprehensive faculty training, which includes the evaluation and revision of faculty training.  The Associate Director will also assist in the assessment student learning. 

Because of the nature of the Associate Director's responsibilities, which includes the high degree of interaction with adjunct faculty teaching at various locations, the Associate Director may work remotely at a location away from MBI's campuses in Chicago, Spokane, or Michigan.  If hired to work remotely, the Associate Director would be required to attend meetings in Chicago twice per semester, as well as attending meetings virtually on a weekly basis.  Technology costs incurred will be the responsibility of the Associate Director.  If hired to work remotely, the Associate Director position will be contracted for one-year subject to evaluation of the effectiveness of the remote working relationship.  If it is found to be effective, the position will be renewed on an ongoing basis.

This position oversees the creation and implementation of instructional materials for Moody Distance Learning (MDL). By working closely with subject matter experts, the instructional designer is responsible for designing and planning development of online, on-ground, and hybrid courses; monitoring the course development process to meet course offering deadlines; monitoring course integrity as it relates to subject matter; reviewing course design maps; reviewing courses for subject matter, writing, editing, and assessments; collaborating on revisions and continuing course development and maintenance. 

Under supervision of the Chief Investment Manager, administer Trust Agreements as assigned; participate in the management and liquidation of real estate assets; assist with investment analysis for Institute funds/trust accounts; and assist with trading function to include block trades, internal trades, and selling securities donated to the Institute.

Under the direct supervision of the Director of Integrated Marketing & Communications Operations with a dotted line reporting relationship to the Vice President of Corporate Communications for creative matters, oversee development of marketing communications messages for Moody's ministries.

Under the direction of the Procurement Services Manager, the Procurement Specialist provides technical/professional direction to procurement of goods and services. He/she works with authorized budget owners throughout the Institute to assure adherence to strong procurement practices and corporate policies and procedures.  Specific responsibilities include vendor- and customer-relationship management, bid preparation and analysis, specification development, contract development and execution, product evaluation and recommendation, negotiation of price and discount structures, quality assurance, order placement and tracking, expediting back orders and troubleshooting problem orders, and performing benchmarking, customer satisfaction surveys, etc.

Under the direction of the Manager of Programming Support, the Programmer shall be responsible for design and development of applications that support the Enterprise environment.

Under the direct supervision of the Director of Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) Operations, serve as project coordinator for clients.

Under the supervision of the Communications Strategy Manager, the Social Media Specialist is responsible for helping develop and implement Moody's social media strategy.

The Stewardship Representative-Leadership Gifts establishes and grows relationships with current and potential major donors for the purpose of increasing financial support to the Institute. The Southeast Region includes Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, North Carolina, Mississippi, etc.

Under the management of the Public Services Librarian, the Theological Reference Librarian supervises the Reference Department, also providing professional services in the areas of information literacy, collection development and library/educational support services as assigned.

Under supervision of the Executive Vice President & COO, this position is responsible for providing corporate legal services to the Institute, its Board of Trustees, the President, and Executive Team and supervising legal support to Stewardship Department in the areas of estate planning and planned giving. 

Under the direct supervision of the Art Director and working closely with the Digital Media Strategist; Web Content Specialist; and Web Technical Specialist, the Web Designer is responsible for designing creative, intuitive websites and graphics that meet the needs of the end user while ensuring marketing objectives, client goals and brand strategies are satisfied. The Web Designer will provide high quality solutions for Moody's websites, email campaigns, banner ads and site graphics. This position requires creativity, excellent design and communication skills, and a thorough understanding of current industry standards in web design.

Serving within the Web Communications Team, this position is responsible for handling the technical issues related to the production of new Web sites and the regular ongoing maintenance of existing Web sites within the Ektron Content Management System. Providing support for each of the Moody Web sites, including: Corporate, Education, Broadcasting, Publishing, Conferences, and Today in the Word.

Under the general supervision of the Publisher, to be responsible for the planning and acquisition of new products and content for specific audiences of True Woman that will help those audiences know, love and serve Jesus Christ. Also, this position is responsible for the overall performance of the publishing group.

This position is Part-Time for 12 hours per week, with the proposed schedule:  Tuesday - 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.; Thursday - 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.; Saturday - 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. -- however, will flex to accommodate scheduled events. Moody Aviation is located in Spokane, WA.

Under the direction of the assigned Mail Services Supervisor, assist in the Central Post Office (CPO), Copy Center, and Mail Center. This part-time position is for 24 hour per week.
